Hey there!

Welcome to Through George’s Lens.

It began with a dream.

I am an experienced Forensic Multimedia Officer with Thames Valley Police’s Imaging Unit, specializing in capturing and analysing visual evidence. In addition to my forensic work, I am the founder of Through George’s Lens, a creative service designed to help individuals and businesses bring their visual concepts to life. My expertise spans portrait photography, branding, music videos, and event coverage, where I combine technical precision with creative vision to deliver exceptional results.

“The detailed videography was high in quality and smoothly transitioned through the day, telling our story perfectly. He was a joy and a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to ensure he captured all the essential shots. The final video, trailer and highlight reel was beautifully put together and will be enjoyed by us for many years to come.”

“George is an incredible photographer and videographer. I have seen him in action and he always knows how to get the best out of people and captures their essence perfectly. He is a dedicated photo/video editor, puts in the hours to get everything perfect for the client - anything he touches turns to gold!”

“A great photograph is one that fully expresses what one feels, in the deepest sense, about what is being photographed.”

Ansel Adams

“To photograph is to hold one's breath, when all faculties converge to capture fleeting reality. It's at that precise moment that mastering an image becomes a great physical and intellectual joy.”

― Henri Cartier-Bresson

A dream achieved usually starts with stacks of small steps. Whatever your goal could be visually, my mission is to help you to bring it to life.
